This page explains, plainly, what we do with your email when you join the Arc Run waitlist.
What we collect
Only your email address, plus a record that you agreed to receive news (with the date). We don't ask for your name, location or any other data.
What we use it for
Only to tell you about Arc Run news, including the launch. We don't sell your email or share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
Emails are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site and processes the data on our behalf. We also send you one welcome email, and our team gets a notification of each signup. Both are sent through Resend.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop sending communications about Arc Run.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or removal of your email, withdraw your consent, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). For any request, get in touch:

Beta numbers
The numbers we show on the site (kilometers, runs and active users from the closed beta) are aggregated totals.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Because it is hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security and operation. We use your country, as seen by Cloudflare, only to pick the site language, and we don't store it.
